It's right on MSU's campus, but it's not worth it. Maintenance is slow or nonexistant, the apartments are scummy and I had massive animal/insect problems, and they make up excuses for you not to get your security deposit back. It's loud, smelly, and unsafe. I had my apartment broken into through the window, and they never "got around to" fixing the screen so it woudn't happen again. Add to that bathroom issues that were never resolved, and I would say a resounding NO to living here. Spend less money and live a little farther from campus in a real apartment.
