Noise isn't so bad, I lived in a quieter building though. Parking was always fine, almost always got a spot on the middle level. No problems what so ever with security. They have some dude that walks around on weekends telling people to keep quiet but never really an issue. Rent was reasonable, inside was pretty nice. Can't beat the location.
