Lived in Cedar Village last 2 years at MSU, only reason I left was to get a job in Grand Rapids. Cant beat the location if you go to MSU and want to walk to class, but it does cost a little more to live next to campus. Maintenance was fine, no real problems. Partys did pop up on the weekends. Im just pissed they built the new clubhouse as I was leaving. all in all a good spot.
