Although the amenities and "student housing" situation seem ideal. The service is horrendous. I had a problem with a gas leak, called three times to complain about it and nothing was done. I also had other matinenance problems and everytime it has been an ordeal to have somthing fixed. Also, the office staff (mainly managers) have been outright rude. Of course having individual bathrooms is nice and the amenities are fun, but there are comprable places to live in East Lansing that are run much better and often cost less.
