Everything sounds great... the pool, the workout facility, the basketball courts... the golf simulator... until you actually live hear. Both my roommate and I have had problems since we have moved in. Chandler's billing systems were messed up, our "new" appliances / workout equipment were always breaking and Senior management isn't dedicated to customer satisfaction. In addition you have to pay for your upgrades... faster internet $30 (per person) a month... wireless gate keys $50. Also, our gas / electric bill per month is outrageous ($100 plus a month)... which could be attributed to the cheap construction and the horrible air condidtioning units they initially installed to keep the costs down. Plus, Chandler Management spends a ton of money on free food / promotions that seem to only be used as a marketing tactic for new tenants and only increase the cost of your rent. Finally, Maggies Bar is right accross the street... I go to bed around 12:30 - 1:00 and the music is still blasting and people are outside yelling on their pattio (Monday thru Sunday). Live closer to campus if you have the choice...
