I lived here for 6 months and couldn't take it any more. The house is new but the soundproof is terrible. The rent is expensive and the heating in winter will kill you if you are in a large apartment. The housing staffs are friendly and the fitness gym is quite good, but compared with what you paid, you could definitely find somewhere better.
