The office staff are misinformed. We went there to check it out and we were told that if we didnt have a guarantor we could sign for one another and that we would get 20 dollars off which both turned out to be not true. Then we were told that we couldn't pay all the money up front and after a lot of annoyances the manager, whom knew what she was saying, told us that we could. The way their lease is written up if u don't have a guarantor you are still bound to the contract. When we told the manager about the the things that the person said that weren't true she said something along the lines of he doesn't do that job and is helping us out.....
