riddle me this.
i live in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom and we pay about $230 a MONTH (split four ways) for our electricity and gas. we keep our heat down LOW (62-65) and we turn on lights ONLY when we HAVE TO. we try to save on energy, but its SOO expensive, like $60/month/person. they said it would only EVER get up to $40 a month. they DO NOT fix your appliances, our garbage disposal broke 7 times in 3 months, and they won't install a new one and its broke for good this time. the neighbors are really loud, thin walls ocntributing to this of course. my car was vandalized in the parking lot. etc. i was ONE day late on my rent and i had an eviction notice at 9am the day after it was due. the "24 hour gym" closes at 11 every week night too.
it LOOKS nice, and SOUNDS nice but the place is a joke- i wish i could find a subleaser but i feel too bad lieing to ppl to get them to live here. so im sticking it out.

ps- any of the "YES" rating were writting by office managers themselves. so i wouldn't believe them.

I agree about the utility bill. I have been living practically by myself because one girl moved out in May and the other girl was at her boyfriend's house yet there was no real change in the utility bill. I am looking for some consumer group that I can call so that I can report them.
