The apartment complex itself is pretty nice. The Maintenance staff is very good and shows up pretty quickly whenever you need anything. The gates to the lot are kind of annoying, but some people really want that so it's hard to complain about it. The internet used to be horrible but they upgraded it and its good now. The staff is pretty friendly but the organization of management isn't as good as you would expect from a property-owning business.

They charged me FIFTY DOLLARS to replace my key card, and I even turned in my old one. I was completely shocked. My old one had a small crack and didn't work, and they pretty much told me it wasn't their problem.

Utilities are completely unbeleivable. We had a bill as high as 364 DOLLARS!!! Can you beleive that' They said that we must be using a lot of energy and it's comparable to other residents.

We moved to the landings this year and the utility bill has NEVER been over $100. Go figure. They're probably breaking laws. None of that was an exaggeration, and we attempted to get some exposure from the newspaper about it.

It was a pretty good living experience but the utilities pretty much soured me.
