Everyone complains to the office staff about the utilities but people forget that now they don't spilt them behind closed doors they give them to you straight from consumer's energy. The bill is gas AND electric and it's all usage based. We had a huge bill and contacted consumer's and THEY were the ones mistaken and had to come fix it. The maintanence staff was even nice enough to come ina nd check our heater and water heater and turn it down to save us money! Why would they jack up the bill or do "illegal" things they don't get any money from consumer's and the staff that lives there would clearly be unhappy about that just like any other resident. All and all it's much cheaper than any of my friends house utilities and way cheaper than the one smy pther buddies pay over at abbot pointe cuz it's super old!
