I have lived at the Club for two years now, and I can honestly say that I like it here. With in indoor pool, hot-tub, tanning beds, and basketball courts, this community has always reminded me of a resort. Plus, the amenities are kept in great condition! The maintenance staff is amazing. And where else can you find 24-hour emergency maintenance' The office staff is also very nice. I know most of the staff by name, and they know me as well. And they're is always an office staff member on duty 24-hours a day, which is quite convienent!

I know that people comment on the noise, but I don't understand that. We are located near a college campus and many students live here. What do you expect'! Besides, I love the fact that this community is fun! We have a ton of events (such as pool parties, casino nights, field days...) that allow me to blow off steam from class while getting to know new people. And anyways, we do have Graduate Buildings, so if you want a quieter area, one is available.

Another great review by the Chandler office staff. A guys! Keep up the deception... "We are located near a college campus and many students live here" - Yes, a lot of students do live at Chandler as a last resort, but you sure as hell arn't close to campus! YOU DON'T GET USE TO A 20 MINUTE BUS RIDE OR 10 CAR DRIVE. Mine as well commute if your going to live in Chandler

I agree with the guy above. this was clearly posted by some office staff. I hate to be that "A hole" but I am an undergrad that lives in a grad building and my roommates make a TON of noise (that I sometimes encourage lol). the morale of this story is there IS NO quiet place here. I also agree with the "last resort" comment. that is sooo sooo sooo true.
