Crossing Place is a horrible place to live!! To tell you the truth, it is probably a hell of a lot quieter in Cedar Village. I can't being to tell you how many problems we have had w/noisy neighbors and problems with our apartment. I am paying $435 for a ------ apartment. You can hear everything that goes on in the apartments around you, especially the one above you. The water pressure in the shower is very poor, and the insulation sucks. Our electric bill was way over $100 every month, even when we turned off computers and lights in order to save energy. The office staff is rude and doesn't really care about the residents. They've already gotten rid of one manager, it's only a matter of time til this one "leaves" too. And forget about the 'courtesy officer', none of them have done their job. The police from East Lansing say to call Bath and the Bath cops say to call East Lansing. Crossing Place looks so dinky compared to Chandler's Crossing or Melrose. If you want to live in the nothern tier, pick one of those. I don't know anyone who is happy here and I don't think anyone renewed their leases. And the office wonders why there are so many apartments empty for next year... I would seriously move back to the dorms instead of living here! Save yourself the money and look elsewhere!
