way too much wrong with this place to mention here in one sitting but i'll do my best to mention the important parts

1. walls are not insulated. it's freezing in the winter and it's an inferno in the summer

2. utility bills are completely outrageous because of the poor isulation and the fact that you pay for your own heat. Your portion of the utility bills will be at least $50 a month. in my new place i pay more like $12

3. every amienity is cheap, plastic and almost always broken. this includes windows, doors, furniture and thermostat. these apartment units were built with the midset that college students will put up with anything without complaining.

4. the price is completely outrageous for sharing with three other people and is only so high because of the promised extras such as clubhoue (which is always messed up and missing equipment) and hot tub (which closes at rediculously early hours)

5. there is no security for your vehicle. there WAS a gate system but it failed the first month it was installed and has just sat there propped open for over a year. now all it does is rust.

6. you'll be able to hear your neighbors above you fart, not to mention anything else. walls, floor and ceiling are paper thin.

7. it's so far away and bus transportation is unreliable and non-existant during later hours.


if youv'e read this far, i don't know why... there are plenty of other places out there. try living closer to campus. you'll like not having to drive to get everywhere. College Manor on Abbot and Albert is expensive and small and old but i like it much better.
