For starters, the staff are idiots and don't know what is going on. They are unprofessional and immature. It takes months to get anything fixed in your apt (I had my toilet "fixed" 4 times over the first year since it took them forever to come fix it; one of the blinds still isn't fixed after 2 months and two requests later; long story short, maintenance is very, very slow. The walls are paper thin, I can hear conversations from the downstairs bedroom word for word in my bedroom and every word from the stairs coming into the building. Bottom line: the apt. complex is really loud. The facilities are sub-par. The computer lab doesn't work: computers have been down for as long as I can remember and the printer has never worked since I lived there. The workout facility is a joke and the treadmills are all broke.
