If you are looking to waste you money and pay a huge amount of rent and not get anthing in return then this is the place for you. Not only is it a rip off, but the management here are worst, both clueless and rude. Also like the person who reviewed this place, the apartments were put up very cheap, and there is no insulation, both out heating and cooling bills are huge. Include in rent is cable, but the quality is terrible and not worth it. They also make many un answered promises like a hot tub and other extras which you don?t ever get. Also make sure you get a copy of your lease agreement signed by the company, because pages from your lease "disappear" and they hold you accountable for things you did not agree to.







I Had to add to the post. Just to give you a little example of the crossing place, it is October now, and I moved out in August, and I still have not received my security deposit. Huh, lets see according to Michigan Legislature you have to pay back the deposit within 45 days, Huh, it is now 53 days, now they owe us twice the deposit, huh can you say law suit!!!
