These apartments are definitely the best deal you will find as a college student, especially if you have a dog.

THE PROS:
-They are clean and new and not that far from campus.
-An easy bus ride, AND Crossing Place provides you with a free CATA pass each semester.
-Water, Cable, Internet, Trash, Sewer and Gas are ALL included. You cant find that anywhere else.
-The rooms are a great size
-FULLY FURNISHED!
-Free open parking for all-- plenty of spaces for friends
-Great nature path is right behind the complex
-Washer and Dryers are included in all apartments! No more coins!
-Your own Clean, nice sized Bathroom.
-24 hour fitness center... but avoid the pool, its kinda skeezy.
-Friendly staff. Like any human being, if you are nice and kind to them they will respond likewise. I never had a problem with maintenance, they reseponded within 24 hours each time.

THE CONS:
-Like any apartment complex, its the luck of the draw who your neighbors are. My first year I never had any problems with noisey neighbors. But my second year was terrible.
-DO NOT DO THEIR ROOMMATE MATCH! if you dont have 3 other friends to live with, do not live here. They pay no attention to their roommate match.... I asked to live with people who have a dog or at least like them... I ended up with 3 girls, 2 of whom can't stand animals of any kind.

OVERALL:
This is apartment living in a college town. You have to keep that in mind. Otherwise you wont be happy no matter where you live.... unless its in Williamston.
That considered, its probably the best place you will find to live IF YOU HAVE A DOG and 3 other friends to live with. If not Id suggest Chandlers or something else in the area (its a nice area).
