The actual apartments aren't bad and the price is fairly inexpensive, but there are better deals in East Lansing. I would never live there again, however, largely because of the incompetent and rude staff. The student employees aren't that bad (just lazy), but the apartment manager is inept and ignorant: she doesn't understand basic policy, is incredulous to residents' concerns, and responds with immature and childish comments (if she responds at all). Save yourself the hassle and find some other place to live.
