Crossing Place has been a huge pain for me. I?ve had faulty ground wires, which have needed several visits from maintenance due to no electicity in my room. A few buildings over, a resident had their computer, tv and clock blown when the circuits went crazy. This complex was put together in such a hurry. The insulation is non-existent. You can hear everything from the apts above and next to you. No one had heat in the complex during that recent cold spell. I would not live out here again, it?s not worth the money.
