i lived here for 6 months and what a freakin mistake!!! i had dog poop outside my door and it was even smeared on the wall!! DISGUSTING!! there was puke up 3 flights of stairs, i called the leasing office and told them it was unsanitary and they needed to clean it up, THEY NEVER DID! its probably still there!! sooo gross!!
I did love having my own bathroom, and the individual leasing is nice. This place is better than chandlers but really, the staff blows! its a bunch of kids who dont know crap about anything! nice having free cable and internet, but its not worth it to put up with all their crap! plus its not cool when people are getting stabbed next door at the club!
P.S- had the cops come to our apartment 3 times because my roommates threw loud parties! not safe if your trying to avoid that!!
