I moved in here in August last year, and I really love my apartment. It is like 1400 sq ft and has floor-to-ceiling windows in it, as well as a brand new kitchen. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment, but each apt in our building has its own free set in the laundry room. Plus we have a garage AND a carport. It does seem like the hallway lights go out a lot, but they are always fixed quickly. I think it's because they are weird lights. I've not had any big maintenance requests, and the neighbors are quiet. I don't know what the other apartments look like, but I'd recommend mine to anybody.
