I like the place, I've lived here a year and the building isn't exactly new (windows are very old and need to be taped off in winter) but the floor plan is unique.

Problems that we have had: Like another post we did have our bathroom leaking water downstairs to our living room, but the maintenance came out like the next day to fix that problem. Granted they did need to redo it a second time a few months later, but it no longer leaks.
Our heating bill was extremely high at first. They seriously need to replace these old windows. It was only like sept or oct last year when our bill hit $180 in a month. After that we decided to tape off the windows and the bill dropped to $80 the next month (for a two bed townhouse) and has been on average $120 in the winter and like $60 in the summer.

Overall though I really like the place, its more than I wanted to spend, but there are few places that we found that allow dogs. We have a mini bay window for plants, I can have my dog and cat, and over all the place is very quiet and cozy. Management is a little slow and ineffective, but its dtn, what do you expect. Maintenance was usually done on time, but not always done well. Theres a little yard in the middle, which is nice, but not everyone picks up after their dog (we do but it seems like we're the minority).
Despite the set backs, compared to other apartments in the area, I think its worth the price. Overall I really like to place and plan to stay here for the next 3 years.
