From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 photo   This place is horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. If someone takes a step in the apartment above you, you'll hear it. I live on the lower floor and drunk people have jumped into our patio area to try to pee. No matter how clean we keep our apartment, we can't seem to get rid of the ants and other unidentifialbe bugs. Maintenance requests take over a week for a response, and sometimes multiple phone calls. Parking is ridiculous. With four people in our apartment, we can only get one permit. Water runs from hot to cold. We've called the police on our neighbors many times. Our freezer was so disgusting, we took pictures to send to the management. When our sliding door was leaking water into the walls, we called for them to fix the problem. The caulked it, and called it good. After it continued to leak, we complained...they came back and caulked it again. The problem still is no better. Is this enough of a list to convince you not to live here'
