New Tenant 2002

Hidden Tree offers excellent quality space. I've lived in a variety of rental units over the past 6 years and probably the most impressive thing about my current place is an efficiency in design that does not create a cramped living area. The single I live in is only 800 sq. ft., and yet I do not feel I have sacrificed any space.
Comparatively, Hidden Tree costs more than most of its competitors in and around MSU (particularly the singles), all because of location. The corner of Saginaw and Harrison, arguably the busiest traffic corner of the Lansing area, puts you within 1 mile of campus, less than 10 minutes from downtown Lansing and 6 blocks from I-127. In short, you are convenient to everything.
My tips for living at Hidden Tree:
1.) Get a roommate, which will more than make up for the cost difference.
2.) The majority of satellite dishes will not work there, so I hope you like cable.
3.) Reconsider living here if you pay your bills late - Hidden Tree gives you no grace period for overdue rent and utilities.
Downtown East Lansing isn't a bad walk and if you're feeling lazy, Reno's Sports Pub is right around the corner.
