I have a problem w/ the maintenance here, but it seems to be like this every where in east lansing. I have a townhouse w/ a big deck and that's definitly a big plus. Rent is way below average for what you get. The place is much better than any house you'd rent in the student ghetto north of campus and quieter than the new apts on north abbott/chandler rd.

I give this place a good review and have been living here for 2 years and will continue to do so until buy a house of my own. The maintenance has to do things 2 to 4 times before the fix most problems (electrical outlets, outside hose, mainly bigger tasks) but if you keep bugging the leasing office things will get done.
