The location cannot be beat. You are right in the heart of East Lansing. Rent is not too bad but I would not recommend these apartments for single persons. Make sure that you have a roomate or spouse willing to share the costs with you.

Management is extremely incompetent. You will receive letters charging you for pet waste clean up that is not yours. You will not receive prompt maintenance here. You will get the run around and the management team is currently extremely rude. Rent at your own risk.
