Avoid this apartment at all your cost. I have been living there for 4 and half years and just moved out. I was charged for all extra minor items that could be considered as normal wear and tear (such as cleaing fee of almost $50 for minor grease left over around the oven), which added up more than 300 dollars. I do not think that it is the way to send-off long term tenants. I have been tenants for many apartments before, but this was the first time I was charged for all these frivalous things. Still if you moves in to this apartment, make sure that you inspect the apartment throughly so that you would not be charged for the pre-existing conditions when you move out. It is your money and your risk to move in to this apartment or any other apartments managed by the same company.
