Wow, this place is so expensive it's ridiculous. And what do you get for the expense' Loud neighbors and draconian management (look it up). Don't forget to give your notice of leave SIXTY days before you go, because even if they give you a notice saying THIRTY, they will still charge you for the residual. Never had a problem with an apartment complex before until now...

I disagree...I found this place to be quiet and affordable. I never had problems with the girls in the office. The whole 60 day notice thing is a little much, but it's in the lease and therefore you have to abide by it. I would definitely rent here again.
