Nice landscaping, but the apartments themselves are poorly kept and have terrible layouts. You can get a much nicer apartment for less money almost anywhere else. During our last year they moved a chain smoker into the apartment under us. We had cigarette smoke pouring through our vents every day. Its was disjusting and the management didn't care. Laundry was terrible and they had the nerve to raise the costs for their machines (which were not so great).
