I have lived at Hiddentree for nine months and am THRILLED that I get to leave soon! The management is absolutely incompetent; to get anything done you have to ask several times. The buildings are in really bad shape, with leaking roofs, malfunctioning heaters, broken locks, and resident squirrels in the ceilings. Everything is overpriced, and they nickel and dime you for everything; this is the only place I've ever lived that didn't at least include water and sewer in the rent. The landscaping is nice, and the apartments are a decent size, but that doesn't make up for the many shortcomings.
