Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Ive been here since last semester and its been fine so far. I split the rent with two other people so we barely pay anything.... I like that I can actually have my friends park here and I dont have to pay for it. The balconies are awesome for tailgating. I guess i haven't had any major problems with the management *knock on wood*.
