I moved in this August and I was excited to move out of my house. The place seemed really nice, my roomate and I choose the new set of the buildings in the back that were built in the 80's. I was quite satisfied until I started moving in my stuff. We had the music on...might i add it was just my roomate and I so it was not loud at all and one minute later I hear a pounding on my door. It was my neighbor, not welcoming us in but to yell at us to turn it down. We get yelled at everyday. The people are ----, and if you are a college student like me, DONT LIVE HERE! All my neighbors are old and rude. We can't even have more than 3 people over or we get complaints for being too loud. The walls are so thin! And I haven't seen one person my age living there! We were informed that a lot of students live here but all I have seen in the past couple of months are 30, 40 year olds. Its kind close to campus but closer to Frandor.One good thing is parking, and there is a big visitors parking lot. If u want a car garage tho it will cost ya more. Are sinks gets clogged a lot and we have called mantiance more than once...they fixed our broken blinds and door but not our sinks. Our dishwasher is old and doesn't work. ALSO what SUCKS is the staff....watch out they try to rip you off. I just got a bill saying we owe them 150 bucks when we just paid our bill...they dont tell why. When we asked them they said we were late. my conclusion: DON't live here!!! Unless u are 40 years old and dont like people! But still beware because the price is not worth what u get!
