I lived at Homestead from 1998-2002. During that time, management changed several times and service got progressively worse. The grounds are not well-maintained... I complained about a light out above my parking space for two years and lights out in my hallway for at least six months. The staff is incompetent. It's too bad, because the complex is in a lovely wooded setting and would otherwise be a great place to live. But for the price, I would go somewhere else with better amenities, like a pool or a gym (Homestead has neither).
