My husband and I lived here for 1 year. During that time, we have received extremely poor service. Although the neighborhood is great and the complex is very conveniently located, we can't move out fast enough!
Overall, service requests are ignored or postponed. (One for 3 MONTHS!) That in addition to the insolent and condescending attitude of the staff equals a TERRIBLE place to live!
Case in point: We have a recurring a crack in our bathtub. (For $800/mo. I can't imagine why.) We live on the 3rd floor. The first time they "fixed it", we went without a shower for 4 days until someone responded and then they built up a very slick plastic "bump" in the middle of the tub to cover it. Six months later it cracked again in a second place. This time it took 2 weeks to respond to the service request. AND, it was fixed by GLUEING A RUBBER BATHMAT to the bottom of the tub! Furthermore, the repair person did not even turn on the fan or open a window. Our pets were trapped with the epoxy fumes that were SO BAD that my husband's fingertips were tingling for 2 hours after he came home!
In summary, when it comes to service and quality for the price you can get a better deal anywhere. (And that is something to say in a college town!)
