I LOVE living at Homestead!! They have an awesome staff who cares about what I need and make every time I go to the office a pleasure. I am in a HUGE two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and enjoy have the great woodburning fireplace (they even give me free firewood). I also like having a carport to park my car in. I may have to walk but it is better than scraping in the morning. I would recommend Homestead to anyone. The prices may be a little higher but the service is worth it!!!
