Ill start off by saying if you like to be warm in your apartment this place isnt for you. The parking sucks, the management if off-site, and the hallways smell like they havent been cleaned in years. The situation was a little better when DTN was in charge at least the hallways were vacuumed once a week. On the other hand the place is pretty quiet for the most part but we recently got a new neighbor that likes to play video games all night long with the volume turned up to 11 , a threat to call the cops eventually quieted them down though. Not much experience with maintenence but when the replaced some GFI outlets recently they left muddy bootprints and wrappers for us to clean up. The new management must allow dogs because a new feature is listening to them bark at each other quite a bit, being cold and paying a high electric bill at the same time sucks as well....

I just want to inform you that my heat has been great. I am always warm...the windows arent the newest in the block, however, they pay all utilities and I don't have to worry about the heating bill. Also, I've noticed they have an on-site cleaning crew that vacuums the halls weekly, and they just had all the halls ways professionally cleaned about 2 weeks ago. As for the parking...it isn't management...it is what it is. I have a sticker and I always have a place to park...maybe not close to my building...but again...it is what it is.
