Moving here was the best decision I've made. The place is quiet, no loud parties, the rooms are big, and nice and I've had very few maintaince requests. There is a new managment company this year that isn't very friendly, but over all its worth it. the thing that bothers me the most about the new management is how they decided to redo our entire kitchen just as we were moving out. They can't wait 2 weeks for us to move out and have everything out of the kitchen before they tear the place apart. That means we'll have to move everything out when they come in when we'll be packing it up in a week anyway. And as nice as the current resident manager is (they've gone through 3 in the past year) the overall management company makes me miss DTN. My heat/electric bill is ok, I pay 50 a month. Parking is an issue though if you have multiple cars. I think you only get one parking space per bedroom.
-roommate- "good value for your money I guess. The new management really needs work (lost our lease, our pet agreement, pet deposit, and their idea of an incentive to resign the lease is a semi-threatening letter saying that if we don't renew by a given date that they'll up our rent), and forget about help with noise problems, Though these, thankfully are scarce since the bad neighbors moved out. Maintenance is generally good and friendly. Only 3 washers, and dryers for the entire building though and no coin machine. Oh and whoever designed the building was on something. None of the light switches are in convenient place (have to walk all the way across the living room to turn the light on when you enter from the front door), the outlets are all upside down and (get this) the heat is in the ceiling... apparently the builders didn't realize that heat rises, so a lot of times your warmth depends on whether your downstairs neighbors have the heat on. Other than that stuff though I did like it here.
