Ever since Madison Property has taken over managing Hull Apartments I have been miserable. There is no longer an onsite manager so the party people are obnoxiously loud and there is no regulation with the parking. I can never find a spot at night! The halls smell of beer, garbage, and urine. There is trash everywhere on the property, cigarette butts everywhere, and broken bottle and beer cans in the bushes. The office never has anyone there and if you happen to get one on the phone they are rude and unhelpful. I am not resigning my lease although I have lived here for 4 years. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up. I can not wait to sign back with DTN, they actually care about their residents and what the property looks like!
