Well... this was my first ever apartment so I have good and bad memories (mostly bad). The building smelled like pot and wet dog the whole time I lived there. The walls and floors are very thin and you can hear just about everything in neighboring apartments (I involuntarily listened to all arguments between my neighbor and his girlfriend). The new manager is very good, but the old manager was terrible (I assume she was fired for being a complete moron). For the amount of money I paid for rent ($580), the apartment was pretty crappy. The floorplans are really strange, and the neighbors are mostly idiot undergrads. Bus access, although not terrible, is not great. The 22 runs once every 45 minutes so if you miss it, you're gonna be really late to wherever you're going. Also, there are on site washers and dryers. That was nice.
