Despite the nice friendly face they put on at your lease signing, the management at Melrose leaves much to be desired. We had no heat for several weeks in October, and it took them three months to get the Auto setting on the thermostat to work. We have also had problems with parking, they do not plow the drives or parking lots, problems with having hot water, our dryer was broken and though we reported it many many times, it was not fixed for over two months. If you are simply looking for a nice apartment and do not care about location or management, you're welcome to it, but I will never live here again.
