I was suprised to read some of the negative reviews the apartment complex I live in has gotten and even more curious as to how much of these complaints are true and how many are due to whiny rich kids who don't know how to live without the rents. No matter where you live things can go wrong but how you deal with those situations determines the result. I have lived at Melrose going on my second year and I love it...I would not have resigned my lease if I felt otherwise. Whenever I have encountered a problem I promptly address it at the office have never had any sort of hastle...the staff is fun and in the event that they are unsure of whats going on they will find out from someone that does. Living conditions are better than any apt I have ever lived in and the ammenities are fantastic. Noise is not usually an issue but in the case that it is realize this is college housing, parties will happen wherever you live and drunks walk wherever the hell they want
