First off the hotel keys we have to get into the gates and the apartments SUCK! What do you have a gate for when people just drive in the out anyways. I had numerous problems with my key to get into the gate. Sometimes it works for the gate and doesn't work for my apartment and sometimes it doesn't work at all. I am on my fourth key in two weeks and everytime I have problems with it they say "well I don't know what the problem is" well no ----, then look into it don't just keep making me keys that don't work. They say when you're locked out someone is always there to let you in, --------! I was locked out of my apartment for 30 minutes until my nice roommate could let me in when she got home from shopping. You pay way too much money for the poor service you get. Everyone in the office is generally really nice and try to help the best they can as far as the college student staff goes. I think the higher level staff is very unorganized and they don't have their ---- together at all. The guys above us have parties all the time and break things, write things all over the walls in the hallways, pull the fire alarm, steal the fire extinguisher and need I go on. The staff is very aware of this and when they have loud parties I do call and complain but it always happens again and they are not fixing the problem because the guys are still having obnoxious parties. This place is way too overrated. It SUCKS! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
