I have lived here at Melrose since August and I have had absolutely no problems. The amenities are great, a beautiful swimming pool with free pizza every thurs in the summer...i always know where to go for lunch. The workout facility is really nice, and free tanning ahhh can't go wrong. Plus, they put on cool programs for the residents and you can win cash prizes. It's cool cause a lot of the times they feed you and you get free stuff too. And, they just got all new management...i have to agree when i first moved in things seemed a bit shaky, but now with all the new staff, it's great. If you have a problem they get right on it, and solve it for you. I think Melrose is great.
