Yes you get amenities and some things are very nice. But there are major problems with MGT. They forget to bill you utilities or they dont apply your payments so your starting balance next billing cycle is incorrect. The gates never work so they are just there for a false sense of security. Yeah, some people jump them anyways, but it would be good to have some deterrants on the way.
THE WORST is that a girl that worked in the office was just arrested after being charged with stealing tennant's information- to make it worst Mgt has not informed tennants that their information has been compromised. This is the least they should do in my opinion. There was just a Mgt change so hopefully this will work out better....
