Overall, living at Melrose was a pleasant experience. The apartments are relatively new (maybe 3 yrs old') and are in good condition. The few problems we have had were resolved quickly after contacting the office. The extra ammenities (pool, hot tub, tanning, workout facilities, local phone, extended cable) were worth the money. I never had any problems with noise or bugs like other people had stated. The price is also well worth it to have your own bedroom, bath, and parking for all roommates.

However, the Melrose management had many problems such as incorrect billing and late billing. These problems never costed me any extra money because I looked at my statements and contacted the office when they were incorrect or if I was unsure about certain charges. Recently, Melrose changed management and has been headed uphill since.

Overall, i suggest living at Melrose.
