just moved out to 'The Landings' in August, it's been nice so far. the area is nice, the market across the street is a little over-priced but they're giving a 10% discount to residents who live out there, so it's not bad for beer or little things (definitely wouldn't do any serious grocery shopping there though). the office staff seems like they are genuinely willing to help out, same with management. only problem i had so far was with the speed bumps they put in by the entrance/exit, but last i heard from one of the managers they are going to be lowering them. if you're looking for a really nice apartment and nice place to live in general, check it out. i'm glad i did :)
