It was an ok place to live when it was Melrose, the Chandler took over and everything went down hill from there. My apartment got struck by lighting and damaged me and my roommated tv and computers(which we had to replace ourselves) and blew out our furnace,it took them over a week to fix it. Also the utility bills are out of control me and my roommate both were paying 100 or more each every month this winter, and we get charged waaaay too much for sewage and water. I wouldnt recommended living here, get a townhouse its prolly alot cheaper. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
