First of all everybody who lives at the landings and anybody that's ever even visited it knows it's the much nicer than anything around. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, you get high speed internet, great cable TV w/ like 4 hbo's and a cata bus pass for free! Parking is great, you can always park your car right outside your aparment. Management is not as bad as everybody has said they are. I've NEVER had a problem with them. Everybody who claims the landings management sucks because they give fines and stuff are blaming the wrong people. every list of possible actions that can get you a fine is clearly written in the lease. The rules out here are not that bad. We have parties all the time and the worst thing that they've ever done was stop by and tell us to close our door. If you are reading these reviews trying to make a decision wether or not the landings is for you then you need to email me. I dont work for the landings and i'm not in any way affiliated with them.. You might ask yourself why i'm so willing to do this' Well... if you recommend a new person to sign a lease at the landings, you receive a reward somewhere in the area of $100.
