As a concerned resident of the Landings, I do not recommend ANYONE sign or RE-SIGN. They will say anything to get you to sign and once they have your money they will have no regard for their residents. Work orders take over 3 weeks to get resolved, their associates are not trained in leasing and are instead undergraduates who do not care, they have had several break-ins and do not tell residents, and the Internet is very slow.

Several dozen residents are launching a formal complaint about this place. Please do not live here.

As a resident at the landings my apartment was one of the ones broken into and I appreciate the way they handled the information about the break-ins. They didn't put my business out there and invade my privacy(which helped in catching the person as well), however, they did post reminder signs saying remember to lock your doors and windows if you were going out of town or would not be at your apartment. One of my roommates had company and they went on our patio to smoke a cigerette, however, we were not use to using that door so we forgot to check it before going up north and that is how the burglers got into my apartment! But luckily, my parents had renters insurance through their homeowners insurance! So a lot of my stuff that was stolen was insured! I recommend it to everyone its only like $15-$30 bucks per month!Its well worth it!! As far as the internet I talked to the manager and there was an issue with the new tim hortons built across the street where they cut one of our internet lines so it knocked out the internet at all 3 chandler crossings apartments. They got it up and running very quickly i think compared to the damage that was done! I think you are just holding a grudge from one incident or did not get your way with something and are upset and knit-picking each thing that happens, with no understanding as to how they do as best as they can!! Try looking at it from other points of views(i.e someone who had their belongings taken)

Let me tell u something.I guess I shoulde say I suspect that you are from one of the staff work at their offices.Why did u use anonymous?Afraid of show up?LOL.I had problem with the internet too.I told them the issue,however, one of the staff from the offcie told me I was the first one to complain about the internet.He said hes been using the same internet,however,he had no trouble of using it at all. And second time I went with my friend to report this issue again.That time was my friend talking to him while I was talking to another assisdent nearby. That guy said the samething to my friend" you are the first one that report this internet issue to me."What a cheater,I cant think of how many ppl had been told the same thing. I even called on pavlov,the internet provider.What did they say?"we are looking into it,and this process may take 1-2 month" Are you kidding me?I cant believe a company hires works possesing that kind of productivity..Anyways, people will say whos the liar and whos being honest when they sign in here.
