I have lived here for two years and have really come to enjoy The Landings. My first year here there were a lot of problems with the staff, things were not properly handled I actually had a fight over the phone with a manager because I had paid my rent and they put it under my sisters name and were charging me a late fee because of their mistake! Needless to say I was very upset by that incident. That was my first year here, but over time things got much better.
I love the staff here in particularly Danessa and Ryan Shaul, they are the two people I come in to speak with most frequently and can always count on them to help me with whatever I need.
Things have improved tremendoulsy here, the renovation looks amazing, the events are fun to attend, and the staffs attitude seems to be even better.
problems: hot tub never very hot, printer in the study area rarely works, workout equipment in awful condition.
I think what has made this past year living at The Landings the best is the staff and how welcoming they are.
