It's not a bad place to live and the rent is cheap but DEAR LORD...sometimes I think that the guy who lives above me is going to fall through the ceiling. Seriously, either he just walks loudly or the ceilings are made of paper...I've yet to figure it out. Great prices, maintence is hard to come by and when they "fix" things they aren't done correctly, and you run out of hot water...a lot.

This is what you get for living in the new part (no offense). They look real nice but the construction is cheap, and since the water heaters heat the apartment as well as the water for bathing, etc, you're going to have the issue with not having a lot of hot water. DTN has a habit of firing people that stay there too long, and they have one person serving multiple sites. This means that they don't have the experience (though they probably try hard) and they get overwhelmed quickly.
